Primeight Points Loyalty Scheme

Primeight sincerely thank you for every order, because of your order we can better serve you

We’ve introduced a new loyalty scheme to reward and thank all our customers for shopping online with us. You will be able to redeem the loyalty points by entering points in the "Apply point" field on the checkout or cart pages.

Sign up now to be part of our Primeight family and earn 1000 Primeight Points!

HOW DOES THE Primeight POINTS LOYALTY SCHEME WORK?

Every time you buy with Primeight Digital, you earn Primeight points – 1 point for every US$1 you spend on qualifying products. Each Primeight Point is worth US$0.005, meaning for 1000 Primeight Points you will receive a deduction value US$5. Points expire after 3 years – but each time you buy from us we reset the clock on all your points, so you’ve got plenty of time to redeem them.

Redemption is easy too. You will be able to redeem the loyalty points by entering points in the "Apply point" field on the checkout or cart pages.

When you successfully receive the goods, we will add the points corresponding to the order value to your account within 5 days, and you will be notified by email at that time.

You are able to check your Primeight Points from - My account - Points.

Will my points still be valid if I return or cancel the order?

If you cancel or return your order, your points will be re-added to your account. Please note that refunds for canceled or returned orders will be the credited amount, not the original product amount. For example, if you used 1000  Primeight points to purchase a US$1,000 product, then your actual amount is US$950, therefore,we will only refund US$950 to your bank account.
